Unfortuanately we do not honor any returns or exchanges on any purchases made online or inside our store.

How fast do you ship orders?

We use USPS Priority shipping. All orders ship out within 24-48hrs. (Monday-Saturday).

What is your policy for lost and stolen packages?

Queen Lyfestyle Boutique and Apparel LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
